With the roadmap for its winter season now available, Psyonix has revealed that the first three pieces of DLC for Rocket League have been made free to all owners of the game. The vehicular football – that’s soccer to our friends over the pond – videogame has its Frosty Fest coming up, but the more exciting news is that the Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars, and Chaos Run expansions are now part of the base game. If you’re unfamiliar with DLC for Rocket League – I mean, you’re just playing football right? What is there to D,L, and/or C? – these expansions include a couple of new cars, decals, and paint finishes. Basically they just allow you, the player, to have a little more autonomy when it comes to style. Psyonix is continuing to support its successful sort-of-sports game, with more cool stuff coming in the near future. Universal decals are due in the competitive season 12 rewards, new blueprints, inventory archiving, and Rocket Pass Five. We’re yet to find out what the next pass will include but we’re sure to find out soon.
